Beta & founding-interest terms
These terms describe the current ToolBrake beta operated by ALEX SMART TECH LLC. Contact: mvmtas@gmail.com. By registering interest or using an authorized private workspace, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be 18 or older and use the beta for authorized business or professional purposes.
Current service
ToolBrake provides a private operator workspace with scoped agent keys, supported tool policies, approvals, model controls, emergency stop and history. Note/email/delete tools are simulated. Gemini text generation is available only after the owner enables it with a paid provider API key and agent permission. Other providers, customer accounts, billing and live business integrations are planned, not included today.
Founding-plan interest
The advertised $19 USD/month offer is a proposed plan for one workspace and up to three agents, with the proposed rate for the first 12 paid months. This form collects nonbinding interest only. It is not an order, paid preorder, deposit, subscription, guaranteed reservation or guarantee of delivery. No payment method is collected and no automatic renewal begins. We will provide final features, availability, price, taxes, cancellation and purchase terms before requesting any payment. You can withdraw interest at any time by contacting us.
Payments and provider charges
There are no ToolBrake payments in this signup flow, so no ToolBrake refund or subscription cancellation is required. If a paid product is offered later, its refund and cancellation policy will be presented before checkout. Live model usage is billed separately by the provider to the owner of the connected API account. Estimated reservations are not a guarantee about invoices, taxes, provider price changes, infrastructure costs or usage outside this gateway.
Your responsibilities
Use only information and tools you are authorized to access. Keep credentials private, verify important AI output, and review actions before approving them. Do not bypass provider safeguards, probe other users’ records, send unlawful content, or use the beta for regulated or high-stakes decisions. A scoped key grants access within the single private workspace; it does not create an independent customer organization.
Control limits and beta availability
Only calls routed through ToolBrake are subject to its controls. Emergency stop blocks future admissions and pending tool approvals; it cannot recall completed or already admitted effects. Model generation does not automatically execute tools. Provider failures can leave uncertain outcomes and retained reservations; automatic retries are not performed. The beta is experimental, may change or be interrupted, and carries no uptime, security certification or compliance guarantee. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Content and data
You keep your rights in content you provide and authorize processing needed to provide the service. Provider terms also apply to live model use. Data handling is described in our Privacy Notice. We may suspend access to protect the service, enforce these terms or comply with law. We will publish material changes on this page before offering different purchase terms.
