What we collect

The operator login token stays in browser tab memory. The site does not add advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may process security and essential service data under its own policies.
Model content and providers
Model prompts and output are processed to fulfill a generation request and are not retained in ToolBrake model history. A request digest and metadata are retained for idempotency and usage controls. When the operator enables live Gemini, prompt content is sent to Google. Its terms and data processing depend on the connected account. This beta requires the operator to acknowledge a paid Google API account; see Google’s API terms. Do not submit sensitive, confidential, regulated or third-party personal data during the beta.
Sharing and storage
Cloudflare provides hosting and Durable Object storage. Google processes supported live model requests when enabled. We do not sell presale contact information or enroll signups in unrelated marketing. We do not store payment details because signup takes no payment. Stored workspace information is not encrypted by an additional application-level encryption layer.
Retention and requests
Hourly signup rate keys expire and are removed during subsequent signup attempts. Presale details remain until you withdraw, request deletion, or we end the campaign and review retention. Operators can delete presale records from the dashboard. Model metadata and tool history remain during the private beta for replay prevention and audit; automatic retention deletion is not yet implemented. Requests to delete workspace history may require retirement of the workspace to preserve execution safeguards. Infrastructure backup copies can remain until provider retention expires.
Email us to request access, correction or deletion. We may ask for information needed to verify that the request concerns your record. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal obligations. No response deadline or jurisdiction-wide compliance guarantee is claimed by this notice.
Audience and changes
This beta is for adults 18+ using it for business or professional purposes. The public signup does not create an isolated customer workspace. We will update this notice when data handling changes and show the effective version here.
